excellent first flash!

good attention to detail.

I'd make sure there's always music going if there's also action. when he was running some good chase music could've picked up the tension.

from a story standpoint, it's not really clear what he's running from. Is he some kind of test subject? if so, why didn't they try to get him without harming him? how did he get out so easily? ect.

Not trying to be mean, just justifying my vote

Random humor is good and all, but it has to be... funny. I'm sure some people find this funny, but I don't, so... yeah. I mean the old babysitter punting the baby was kinda funny, but the rest of it wasn't enough to make me really laugh.

not bad...

clean up the animation in the next one. Just set a goal to improve one or more animation/sound aspecs of the movie, and then the more movies you make, the better you become.

as for story, I would make the dude like a thief type "profession", who was sent on a simmilar or the same quest, but got captured by whatever dwells in the dungeon.

Wonderfully made

I have only one suggestion:

When the music stops, it should have like a record scratch sound. or at least some kind of sound to punctuate it.

That is all,

Thanks for the suggestion. :)

I like the style

fight takes way too long. if it's going to be that long, make it more interesting.

get them in close range combat sooner. maybe add some rolls, or change of scenery.

you don't have to use the whole song. you can start the fight in the middle of the song, that would sound cool, at least for some songs.

the song doesn't seem to have much to do with the plot/fight, but okay.

I do like the style. if you continue this, keep it in this style. if you do something else, keep this style. it's rather interesting. see what you can do with it with the actors closer and having dialogue.

hmm, perhaps you could act it all out in normal clothing, and then draw crazy costumes over it? that might be interesting.

explore this style, I think it's cool.

you sound silly

no offense, but you, or whoever is talking, sounds maybe like they're trying too hard. One of the most important thing for a successful series is good voicework. I'd see if anyone wants to voice-act for you on the BBS.

the actual art isn't bad, but the animation could probably flow better. As far as the editing/storyboarding whatever goes, it worked well for a trailer.

Looks good, just clean stuff up for the first episode.

Oh, man! I completely forgot that I can look for voice actors on this site! That'll help tremendously!

Thanks

alright

needs more humour, more than simply pointing out characters doing things without reason.

try to improve your recording quality, as sometimes it isn't that great.

And of course animation can always be improved.

Timsplosion responds:

Well, it's hard to fit in any extra jokes when trying to make this as short as possible, which is what I try to do. :P But thanks for the reveiw.

That... was comedic genius.

Animation could've been a mite better, perhaps better use of sound effects, and it felt a litle slow in the begining... but you know I always fall for Back To The Future References.

the reveal for the 88mph was perfect, and having it go back to the second injury was excelent.

didn't quite get the last joke, but I was laughing enough already.

I like it but...

it's entirely too short. you could easily turn this into a noir music video or something. even if the music did repeat itself, you could have the screen pan up and down, have him meet his partner or whatever, and have them do something.

otherwise it's just some epilectic legs.

Zielak responds:

i thought about it too but well, my animation skills won't let me do this.
i'll try to extend it when i get some experiences.

Again, hilarious.

not much more to add on from the other movie, but I liked how this one had the narration interacting with the music.

and the "but they were immune" "wait, why is he" "oh, okay it's" "wait, wtf!"

:P

I make cool Music with FL8. sometimes it's more classical, sometimes it's more industrial. Go figure. No, actually, go listen to it and review it!
